About me in 10 seconds
Hi 👋 I’m Meagan, a ux/ui & visual designer focused on digital design, web, and brand systems.
I’m passionate about creating clean, simple visuals that help people navigate content without confusion. I believe good design should feel clear, useful, and easy to understand.
More than anything, I thrive in environments fueled by creativity, curiosity, and collaboration. I seek a team that embraces bold ideas and pushes the boundaries of visual design to create impactful, meaningful experiences.
Skills & Interests
I thrive in collaborative, forward-thinking teams that value transparency, growth, and ethical design. I’m always expanding my skills and adapting my approach to create digital experiences that are impactful, accessible, and memorable. I want to be part of a team that fosters creativity, mutual support and empowers people to do their best work.
My design career so far includes learning experience design, visual design, storytelling, research, branding, graphic design, and UX/UI design.
In my free time, you’ll most likely find me playing video games, couch-rotting while reading a book, or spending time with my fiance and dog.

Work Experience
-
I created custom eLearning and microlearning experiences using Storyline and Vyond, blending branded visuals with UX design to boost clarity and engagement. I also developed interactive modules, intuitive job aids, and brand-consistent visuals that supported both learning and marketing goals.

I designed and developed engaging onboarding and training materials for new Team Members at Universal Orlando Resort, using a blend of instructional, UX, and visual design principles. Partnering with cross-functional teams, I created scalable print and digital content—including eLearning, microlearning, and ILT assets—that aligned with operational goals and brand standards. I also supported internal communications by crafting visual storytelling materials that made complex topics approachable and accessible.
